  • Processing takes place for the purpose of fulfillment of contract for the purchase of accommodation.
  • Processing takes place for the purpose of meeting the legal obligation established in danish accounting Act.

  • Information about customers who have booked and paid through an external booking portal will be deleted after 12 months.
  • Information about customers where booking and payment has taken place directly with Anne’s is deleted in the booking system after 5 years + current year and in the financial systems 5 yars after the end of the financial year or 5 years after the end of the relationship, df. the danish Accounting Act.

Suppliers and other business partners

For you to be our supplier or business partner it is necessary for us to collect the following personal data about you:

  • Possible future collaboration or sales/purchases
  • Management of your business relationship with us

This information is collected on the following legal basis.

  • Processing takes place for the purpose of processing of our puchases / services.
  • Processing takes place for the purpose of meeting the legal obligation in danish Accounting Act.

We store the data for as long as the law permit, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. This time frame depends on the nature of the information and our reasons for storing it. Typically, information regarding suppliers and business partners will be deleted after the termination of the agreement.

  • Information about suppliers and partners is deleted 12 months after the relationship / cooperation has ended, however, after 5 years in the financial system.

Job applicants

When receiving a job application and relevant attachments it will be handled as follows.

The materiel will be read by the relevant manager for the purpose of answering and assessing the content in relation to the job in question.

Personal data that emerges in the recruitment process will be processed on the following processing basis: Consent; is given by the applicant in connection with submission of CV and application.

We will keep your application with attachments until we find the right candidate for the job and the recruitment process is completed. After this, your application with attachments will be deleted.

Unsolicited applications will not be kept.

If we would like to keep your application with attachments, we will contact you to get your consent to this.

Your consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the contact information above.

Safety

We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent that your data accidentally or illegally gets deleted, leaked, lost, corrupted, becomes known to any unauthorized persons, abused or in any other way processed against the legislation.

  • All data is stored digitally in cloud solutions and all access to cloud solutions is via user ID and personal password.
